Zushi Ocean — II
Part II — the craft behind the room
If Part I of the Zushi Ocean trilogy introduces the space, Part II goes to work inside it. This chapter is about craft: the kitchen line during service, the precision of the plating, the choreography between bar and floor that guests feel but rarely see.
The camera moves faster here than anywhere else in the series — handheld passages through the pass, tight inserts on hands and knives, whip cuts synced to the pace of service. The grade stays consistent with the trilogy's warm, low-contrast look, so the energy shift comes from movement and rhythm rather than a different visual world.
The Zushi Ocean series is an example of how NARU approaches restaurant video production in Malmö: not one-off clips, but a coherent film system a hospitality brand can publish over months. Part I and Part III complete the trilogy — both are linked below. For restaurant films, food content or a series of your own, contact NARU through the site.
