Shot during the same Marbella window as the Leeds United pre-season film, this portrait of Toni Lanzini focuses on the individual inside the machine of a training camp: the personal rituals, the extra reps after the whistle, the quiet competitiveness that separates professionals.

The film alternates between two registers — documentary coverage of the sessions and composed, almost editorial portrait setups at dawn and dusk.
