A crossfit session moves fast and doesn't wait for a camera, so this film was shot to keep pace with it rather than stage around it — handheld coverage close to the athletes, following the work rather than interrupting it.

The edit mirrors the structure of the workout itself: short, high-intensity passages cut tight, breathing room held for the moments between rounds. Sound design leans on the room's own noise — plates, breath, the count — rather than an overlaid track fighting for attention.
